Current Processing Times:

Made to Order Items: All jewelry is handcrafted by me and will be shipped 10-20 business days after your order is placed. As a one-person operation, I handle everything, from making the ear wires to stamping the boxes! Life happens, so occasionally it might take a bit longer to ship your order, but I always strive to ship within 4-5 days. I’ve got you covered!

 

Standard Shipping:

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS with tracking according to the service you selected.

I offer:

  • Standard international Delivered within 7-20 business days (delays may occur due to  customs procedure or courier issues).

Shipping is managed by our carriers, and I don't have control over how quickly they deliver, especially during high-volume seasons. Please be patient with them.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal office for assistance with locating or getting refunded for the lost package. All shipments are insured! Here are some tips:

  • Check with your neighbors—sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address.
  • USPS may pre-scan packages before delivery; give it a couple of days and see if it arrives.
  • If the tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to file a claim with your local post office.

Important: I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages!

International customers are responsible for any customs or taxes required by their country. You can file a claim with USPS if your package is lost or stolen.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return Shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns: All collection pieces are final sale!
    Please make sure you know your size before ordering. I sell ring sizers in my shop to help with sizing. Collection pieces are highly sought after, and returning an item would make it difficult to resell due to ongoing collection releases. I apologize for any inconvenience.
    I will accept returns/exchanges for made-to-order pieces within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is processed and the items are in original resale condition, a refund will be issued. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
    Exchanges: Accepted only for made-to-order pieces. Collection pieces are final sale.
