Spot a design you love and wondering if it will return?

Most of my pieces are unique, and only some can be recreated. However, they will never be exactly the same, as I make everything from scratch using natural materials, such as stones, each of which is different.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. After this period, changes cannot be accommodated as your order is already in progress. If you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, please reach out to me via email. This also applies to gift card purchases.

For collection releases, cancellations must be made on the same day of purchase. Since my collections often sell out quickly, canceled items can be difficult to resell. I truly appreciate your understanding.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns – All collection pieces and gift cards are final sale.

Please ensure you know your size before placing an order. I also offer ring sizers in my shop to help with sizing. Since my collection pieces are often in high demand during releases, returning an item may not be possible, as I’ll already be working on a new collection. Gift cards are non-refundable. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I will accept returns of made-to-order pieces within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the returned items are received and processed in their original resale condition, a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges – Exchanges for non-custom and non-unique (collection) items can be processed within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original resale condition, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All fine metals will tarnish over time. To help prevent tarnishing, I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (avoid storing it in your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to care for and clean. If you'd like to polish your jewelry, use warm, soapy water and gently buff with a cloth that won’t scratch.

 

Will my skin turn green?

This depends on your personal chemistry. I use 14kt Gold Fill and Sterling Silver, both of which are high-quality metals that generally won’t cause irritation unless you have a specific metal allergy. If you do experience a reaction, you might want to adjust your skincare routine to help minimize any effects caused by your unique chemistry.
